Exchange Policy

- Products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

- Exchange is allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects.

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

- Customers must request an exchange within 3 days after receiving the order.

No Return Policy

- We do not accept product returns.

- Refunds or money-back requests are not applicable under any circumstances.

Product Replacement

- Exchange will be provided only in the form of product replacement.

- Customers must choose another available product of equal value.

- Product-to-product exchange only — cash refund or wallet refund will not be provided.

Exchange Process

- Contact our support team with your Order ID and product images.

- After approval, exchange instructions will be shared.

- Replacement will be dispatched once the original product is received and verified.

Important Notes

- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.

- Shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer during exchange.
